Our terms of delivery and payment

Our deliveries are made exclusively under retention of title, HeyOwnership shall only pass to the buyer when he has settled his liabilities arising from his business relationship with us effect. If bills of exchange or checks have been submitted in payment, only their redemption will be considered settlement. 

In the event of processing of the delivered goods with other goods not belonging to us by the buyer, we shall be entitled to ownership of the new item in the ratio of the invoice value of the processed goods to the purchase price of the other processed goods. In the event of resale of the goods, the claims arising therefrom for the purchaser shall already now be assigned to us. The assignment shall also apply if the goods have previously been treated or processed by the buyer or if they are resold to several buyers.

Any obvious complaints must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods.
Payment: 10 days = 2% discount. 20 days = net cash from the invoice date.

If the payment deadlines are exceeded, customary bank interest will be charged.
